We want you to love your Stripe & Stare pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the protective seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and ensure all tags and hygiene seals are attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
